Gordon has appeared on more than 120 radio and television news and talk shows such as the Today Show with Bryant Gumbel and has been featured in articles in more than 25 of the nation’s leading newspapers including the Los Angeles Times, New York Times, and Wall Street Journal.

Served as Chairman of the California Task Force on Taxation and Regulation of Small Business during the Brown administration; sought after as a consultant by businesses large and small and government agencies such as NASA for their technology transfer program.

2007-Now   
Organized and now guides ten industry aggregations strategically positioning companies for competition in an information age global economy .

1980-Now   
Built Bizar Financing course into an international phenomenon with more than 300,000 graduates distributed over all 50 states and 17 other countries.

Pioneered development of ½ hour-long TV infomercial with “Getting Rich Your Way”, producing over a million attendees at various Bizar Financing seminars and conferences.

Developed back end profit centers such as a 900# telephone advisor line, specialty how-to manuals and books, audio and video cassette tapes and CD’s, business acquisition and management consulting, newsletter, business and loan brokerage, specialized computer software and networking services.

Raised more than $68MM in equity capital and lines of credit from $100k to $500MM.

1974-1988   
Bought dozens of small and mid-size owner-operated companies using leveraged buy outs (Grand Prix Cycle Products, Elevator Products of California, Grant Machine Works, National Recreation Products, fork tube division of Wheel Specialties, Inc. to name a few) and combined them for better purchasing power, distribution product mix, cross-marketing and other economies of scale.

During this period, mastered the art of leverage buying that became the basis of the internationally taught business course, Bizar Financing.

1973   
Purchased controlling interest of National Diversified Funding Corporation; a Los Angeles based private equity investment company.

1969-1974   
Pioneer integrated financial services industry.

Architect of first financial department store concept company as co-founder Financial Congeneric Corporation; took public July 1970.
 
Engineered FCC’s acquisitions of financial firms such as; mutual fund & insurance sales, estate planning, asset management, leasing, lending, real estate, stock brokerage & banking.

Developed integrated cross-marketing hub and strategies that maximized per client revenue.

1969-1972   
Built Bizar Associates, Inc. as an independent insurance agency to more than $30MM a year in sales within two years from the date he founded it.

1968-1969   
Manager West Los Angeles office (youngest manager in 118 year history) of Home Life Insurance Company of New York.

1965-1968   
Estate planner, life insurance agent, Connecticut Mutual Life Insurance Company.

1963-1967  
Started and operated a college girl's modeling service for high-end Boston women's clothing boutiques. While started primarily for the purposes of meeting attractive coeds, the business paid for Gordon's college education and his move to California on graduation.
